I have been online for an hour and im having no luck finding out information about them and i dont want to install these without knowing what they are, so if someone could explain these two and how they work etc that would be great I want to apply textures like the toad one in this video and having the ability to undo it at any time. Because i have the actually retail game not roms. Are these permanent? I dont want to apply a patch and end up not liking it and not being able to undo it. I was wondering if someone could explain how Gecko OS works because is kind of useless info.Īnd one more question, for the Riivolution it says it applys patches to the games.
Pretty much I want to have some cheat codes available on my Wii, such as playing as luigi in 1 player NSMBWii etc.Īnyways, I think Gecko OS looks kind of sketchy because it 'allows the running of import games ' and ' cheat codes 'ĭoes this mean you download games to your wii ( IOS )? I dont want to download Wii games or anything just to apply some cheat codes from time to time and maybe download an emulator in the future.
